Odisha launches ₹25 lakh overseas scholarship for ST, SC students

The Odisha government has launched the Bidesh Sikhya Bruti scholarship for SC and ST students aiming to pursue postgraduate and PhD courses abroad. The scheme offers up to ₹25 lakh a year in financial assistance to eligible 50 students for higher education at 200 QS-ranked foreign institutions. Students with an annual family income of up to ₹12 lakh can apply.
