A 63-year-old woman in Odisha, Minati Patnaik, has made a will bestowing her three-storey house and all other belongings worth ₹1 crore to a rickshaw-puller, Budha Samal, who has been serving her family for the last 25 years. Patnaik said that she lost her husband and her daughter last year and Samal's family took her care after that.
