OfBusiness is reviving plans for an initial public offering (IPO) that could raise up to $800 million (₹7,616 crore), Bloomberg reported. The company is targeting a draft prospectus filing as early as November after putting its earlier IPO plans on hold due to weak market conditions. The offering is expected to include a $200 million (₹1,903 crore) fresh issue.
