Oheka Castle sells for $72 million at live auction

Oheka Castle, the 127-room Long Island estate featured in Taylor Swift's Blank Space music video, sold for $72 million at a live auction in New York City on October 27. Seven bidders competed for the property. Winners Ronald Browning and Paul Alflen must honour existing bookings through March 2028. The sale followed previous owner Gary Melius filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
