Ohio waiter tackles man trying to shoot ex-wife, video surfaces

A newly released video of an Ohio restaurant attack shows a waiter tackling a man who tried to shoot his ex-wife. The viral video shows Matthew Exton pointing the gun at his former wife. The gun did not fire because its safety was engaged, and at that moment the waiter intervened and tackled him. Exton, an ex-attorney, has been convicted of attempted murder.
