Oil prices will skyrocket if India stops buying Russian oil: Ex-Foreign Secy

Former Foreign Secretary Harsh Shringla reacted to the controversy over India's purchase of Russian oil, saying, "If India stops buying Russian oil, prices will go through the roof."
