An oil tanker and a cargo vessel collided in the North Sea, with reports saying that both the vessels are on fire. Britain's Maritime and Coastguard Agency said that several lifeboats and a coast guard rescue helicopter were dispatched to the scene. At least 32 casualties were brought ashore, however, their condition was not immediately clear.
