Ride-hailing service Ola has fired over 250 employees citing performance issues and elimination of contractual roles due to a business realignment. "An annual attrition of 3-4% is a natural churn that's witnessed in the current industry scenario," said an Ola spokesperson. Ola last month had fired over 1,000 employees after it shut down the TaxiForSure business it acquired in March.
