Ola and Uber drivers in Pune have gone on an indefinite strike from March 5th after the cab aggregators refused to implement a revised fare structure notified by the Regional Transport Office (RTO). Talks between driver unions and district authorities failed to resolve the deadlock. Major unions have suspended cab services but allowed autos to operate.
