According to a report by RedSeer Consulting, ride-hailing startups Uber and Ola reduced incentives for drivers by 30-40% in India in Q1 2017. New Delhi and Bengaluru have seen the biggest drop in incentives, the report added. The rationalisation of incentives is said to be leading to better unit economics for the cab-aggregators.
