India's Olympic gold medal-winning javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra on Tuesday broke his own national record at the Paavo Nurmi Games in Finland. The 24-year-old bagged silver medal in the event with a best throw of 89.30 metres. He had set the previous national record with an 88.07-metre throw in March 2021.
