National Conference leader Omar Abdullah filed his second nomination for the J&K Assembly polls from Budgam, after Ganderbal. He emphasized the strength of his party and criticized the last 5-6 years of governance. The elections, the first since Article 370's revocation, will be held in three phases starting September 18.
