Ondas Inc. and Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG launched the ONBERG Autonomous Systems joint venture to advance drone defense solutions in Europe. Formalising a previous agreement, the partnership will initially focus on securing critical infrastructure and national security assets in Germany and Ukraine. Despite the strategic move, Ondas stock edged 0.1% lower in morning trading.
