BVA Chief Hitendra Thakur, who alleged that BJP leader Vinod Tawde distributed ₹5 crore to get votes ahead of Maharashtra polls, said a BJP leader had tipped him off about Tawde's plan to distribute money. BVA had shared a video showing cash which they claimed was brought by Tawde to distribute to voters. However, Tawde denied all the claims.
