After US Department of War announced that the US Indo-Pacific Command will restore its name to US Pacific Command, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor retorted, "One more nail in the coffin of the Quad?" The Quad consists of the US, India, Japan and Australia. The US Pacific Command's area of responsibility extends from the US West Coast to India's western border.
