Former Chief Justices of India JS Khehar and DY Chandrachud shared their views on One Nation, One Election bill before the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC). Chandrachud said the bill is not unconstitutional and doesn't hamper the basic structure of the Constitution. He further said the bill needs some work as there are certain grey areas which need to be addressed.
