One of Uber's first employees and its Head of New Mobility, Rachel Holt, announced her departure from the ride-hailing company to start a venture capital firm, Construct Capital. She will be starting the firm with Dayna Grayson, a venture capitalist from New Enterprise Associates. Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi called Holt's exit "bittersweet".
