OneStream shares jumped more than 15% premarket after Bloomberg reported that private-equity firm Hg Capital is in advanced talks to acquire the KKR-backed financial software company and take it private. OneStream, which went public last year, has seen its stock fall more than 10% from its IPO price despite steady revenue growth.
