ONGC, oilfield stocks in focus after Mahanadi gas discovery

ONGC discovered gas at a deepwater well in the Mahanadi Offshore Basin, 43 km off Konark, with encouraging flow and reservoir pressure. The discovery could support further offshore exploration, putting Jindal Drilling, Deep Industries, Dolphin Offshore, SEAMEC, Antelopus Selan Energy and HOEC in focus.
