State-run ONGC has signed joint venture and capital contribution agreements with Mitsui OSK Lines, Japan to subscribe equity shares in two joint venture entities. These include Bharat Ethane One IFSC and Bharat Ethane Two IFSC. Under this ONGC shall hold a 50% stake in each of the joint venture entities, with the remaining 50% held by Mitsui OSK Lines, Japan.
