The Parliamentary panel on Welfare of Other Backward Classes (OBCs) expressed concern over use of fake OBC certificates in government recruitment and candidates getting unfair benefit in reserved vacancies. The panel recommended all caste certificates should be issued digitally and should be made accessible on a central website. "Once it is done, it would ensure transparency," the panel added.
