In the history of Indian Premier League (IPL), only one team has gone on to win the title after playing the Eliminator. SRH beat KKR in IPL 2016 Eliminator by 22 runs before beating GL by 4 wickets in Qualifier 2. They then defeated RCB by eight runs in the final to clinch their maiden IPL title.
