Mohandas Pai, chairman of Aarin Capital, said on the podcast, India creates enough jobs but not good ones. Around 1.6 crore people find work yearly as per EPFO data, yet "not more than 20% of jobs pay above ₹50,000", he said. With 2.5 crore Indians turning 21 each year, he warned the real challenge is producing high-paying jobs.
