The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials have revealed that only four eateries in Mumbai have been given the permission to run rooftop restaurants. The applications of 12 others are currently being examined. However, civic activists claim that the restaurants serving customers on rooftops were closed initially after being served notices but are now open again.
