Only six countries namely, Belgium, Denmark, France, Latvia, Luxembourg and Sweden, give women and men equal legal work rights, a World Bank report has said. It measured gender discrimination in 187 countries, where the six countries scored 100% in equality, whereas India scored 71.25%. Scores were given on the basis of eight indicators ranging from freedom of movement to pension.

Pakistan dropped eight bombs in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region and killed 30 people, reports said on Monday. The bombs were dropped by JF-17 fighter jets of the Pakistani Air Force around 2 am and killed many, including women and children, in the area.
