Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, during a party meeting after the Bihar Assembly elections loss, said that everyone must take onus, Times Now reported, citing sources. Moral responsibility lies with all netas (leaders), and the onus is on every member for the party’s performance, he added. Congress won six out of 61 seats it contested in the state.
