OpenAI has accused Elon Musk of a "legal ambush" over changes to his lawsuit demands weeks before a high-stakes trial. Musk, who earlier sought $79 billion to $134 billion in alleged "wrongful gains", has amended his lawsuit to direct any damages he may win to OpenAI's charitable arm. Musk sued OpenAI over its shift to a for-profit structure.
