OpenAI's deal to license iconic characters from Walt Disney for its Sora video app is entirely in stock warrants rather than a cash licensing fee, Bloomberg reported. OpenAI will offer Disney the option to purchase shares in the company beyond its previously announced $1 billion stake. Disney has allowed OpenAI to draw from a library of over 200 iconic characters.
