OpenAI has acquired an AI-driven personal finance app Roi, co-founded by Indian-origin Sujith Vishwajith. As part of the acquisition, CEO Sujith is the only member of Roi's four-person team who has been hired by the ChatGPT maker. The three-year old startup will wind down operations and end its service to customers on October 15.
