OpenAI has launched Chronicle, a new feature for its agentic coding tool Codex, which will help it build up memory as a user works. Chronicle can save temporary screen captures on the device to help Codex understand users' workflow without needing context. "The internal working name for this was 'telepathy', and it feels like it," OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said.
