OpenAI has appointed former Uber India and South Asia President Prabhjeet Singh as its Managing Director for India. Singh will join the company in September and report to Asia Pacific Managing Director Kiran Mani. Singh, who is set to join OpenAI after an almost 11-year stint at Uber, will be the ChatGPT-maker's most senior leader in India.
