OpenAI says Apple improperly added new evidence in trade secrets case

OpenAI has accused Apple of adding new evidence and expert opinions in a reply brief in their ongoing trade secrets dispute. Apple had sued OpenAI, Jony Ive's io Products and two former employees, alleging misuse of confidential information. Apple filed five expert statements, while seeking a court order blocking defendants from accessing or using its trade secrets.
