Odisha BJP president Manmohan Samal, on opposition's claims regarding the gang rape of a 20-year-old at Gopalpur beach, said, "Opposition has no moral right to speak. They didn't take any action in the incidents that happened in the last 15 years." Samal said the government arrested 10 people and that they leave no stone unturned in dealing with sensitive issues.
