The Delhi HC has directed Oppo to deposit 23% of amount paid under a 2018 License Agreement to Nokia within four weeks after it ruled in Nokia's favour in a patent infringement lawsuit. Oppo has been accused of using Nokia's patents despite expiry of the three-year agreement. "[This] balances interests of right owners with larger public interest," the HC said.
