Opposition members boycotted the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) meeting on Waqf (Amendment) Bill and left it midway on Wednesday. "The assurance that we have got from Lok Sabha Speaker aren't getting that fulfilled by (JPC) chairman," Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi said. "The states that have maximum Waqf property weren't called, including Delhi," TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee alleged.
