Shares of Optiemus Infracom Limited jumped 6.4% to ₹712.95 on Thursday, after signing a binding term sheet with Nothing Electronics to form a strategic Joint Venture (JV) for manufacturing Nothing and CMF products in India. The joint venture will involve over $100 million in investment and create over 1,800 jobs over three years, adding to Nothing's $200 million cumulative investment.
