Oracle CFO says she dislikes 'doing more with less' in 1st meeting after layoffs

Oracle CFO Hilary Maxson told employees that she "really doesn't like" the idea of "doing more with less". Instead, she urged employees to be thoughtful about how they spend their time and money, and to "simplify processes that don't help customers". Her remarks came during a companywide meeting a day after Oracle began a fresh round of layoffs.
