The three-time Oscar recipient won his first Academy Award in 1968 for the song 'The Windmills of Your Mind' from the film 'The Thomas Crown Affair'. During his career, spanning over 50 years, Michel worked with several renowned filmmakers and musicians including Orson Welles and Frank Sinatra.
