Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos in his final letter to shareholders as CEO said the company needs to do a better job for its employees. The outgoing CEO said that news reports sometimes accuse Amazon employees "of being desperate souls and treated as robots". He added, "That's not accurate. They're sophisticated and thoughtful people who have options for where to work."
