Ousted by Army, Sudan President moved to maximum security prison

Ousted Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir has been moved to Kobar maximum security prison in the capital Khartoum, family sources said. He is reportedly being held in solitary confinement. Bashir, who ruled over Sudan for 30 years, was ousted by the military in a coup last week following widespread protests against him.
