Oval Invincibles, the most successful franchise in the Hundred, has been renamed as MI London. This comes after Surrey and Reliance Industries Limited concluded their protracted negotiations in the wake of this year's equity sale. Reliance secured a 49% stake in the franchise, having valued it at £123 million, the second-most expensive behind Lord's-based London Spirit, at £295 million.
