Over 1,000 ex-Flipkart employees seek fairer ESOP liquidity: Report

More than 1,000 former Flipkart group employees have appealed to Walmart and Flipkart's board for a fairer chance to cash in their vested stock options, Moneycontrol reported. They want current employees' liquidity offer extended to eligible former staff and the exercise window extended until the next liquidity event. They have also sought a company contact and a meeting with representatives.
