Airlines have canceled over 1,000 flights and several Florida airports are halting operations as the state braced for impact from Hurricane Ian, which is set to make landfall there shortly. Ian made landfall in Cuba on Tuesday and is forecast to become a category 4 storm as it enters US. The Federal Aviation Administration said it was "closely monitoring" Ian.
