Around 40% (306) of the 763 members of Parliament have criminal cases against them, a report by Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and National Election Watch said. Additionally, it said 194 MPs have serious criminal cases, including those related to murder, kidnapping, crimes against women, etc. It also said 139 BJP MPs and 43 Congress MPs have declared criminal cases.
