The UN human rights office (OHCHR) on Tuesday said that more than 5,000 civilians had been killed and over 6,500 others had been injured in Ukraine since the start of Russia's invasion on February 24. The real toll was likely much higher, it added. OHCHR has dozens of human rights monitors in the country.
