The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has seized over 6,500 litres of adulterated ghee in Delhi and Haryana. According to the findings, the ghee samples contained a mixture of vegetable oils and other non-dairy constituents instead of pure ghee. An FIR has been registered against those involved in the manufacture and distribution of the fake ghee.
