Two people were arrested after over 7,000 bottles of smuggled liquor were seized from a truck in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, police said on Saturday. The accused told police that the consignment of 655 cartons was to be delivered in Agra. This comes after nearly 100 people died in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand after consumption of spurious liquor.
