Under the revised over-rate penalty rule, players will be subjected to fine equivalent to 5% of their match fee for every over that falls short, with maximum penalty capped at 50%. If a team is dismissed before new ball is due at 80 overs, there will be no over-rate penalty even if there's slow over-rate. This replaces existing 60-over threshold.
