G Square Housing, South India's largest plot promoter and Tamil Nadu's no.1 real estate developer, has launched G Square Dynasty close to the upcoming sports city in Mahabalipuram with plots starting from ₹15 lakh (900 sqft), G Square announced. The DTCP approved and RERA registered project will feature 296 residential plots with more than 40 world-class amenities, the company added.
