Gurugram Police on Friday arrested Dhruv Dutt Sharma, owner of 32nd Avenue, for allegedly selling a floor unit to over 25 people. Sharma, a resident of DLF Camellias in Gurugram, allegedly defrauded people of approximately ₹500 crore. Over the past month, investors have been protesting at the commercial hub over alleged delays in the payment of promised rentals and dues.
